Clinic Policies
Our booking policies are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients. We require a deposit at the time of booking for new clients to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Late Cancellation and Rescheduling
Our late cancellation policy is designed to ensure fair and efficient scheduling for all our clients. Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of $50, as this limits the opportunity for others to fill the time slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We do understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally; emergency cancellations are handled on an individual basis. We thank you in advance for abiding by these policies and helping us keep our patients, clients, and staff on schedule and safe!
Late arrivals
Our late arrival policy is designed to ensure fair and efficient service for all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, the remaining time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to arrive on time to make the most of your visit. Thank you for your cooperation!
No-shows
A “no-show” is when a client misses a scheduled appointment without cancelling it or providing 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. This is immediately subject to a $50 fee, no exceptions.
Same Day Booking Policy
Our same-day booking cancellation policy is designed to accommodate your needs while respecting our scheduling commitments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least two hours in advance to avoid any fees. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you!
